Plants Galore do not accept any claim for return of garden plants / perishable goods after purchase.
Unwanted garden plants cannot be returned under any circumstances – sorry no refunds/exchanges and no credit notes.

Please note that while we take great care to ensure our picture labels and descriptions are accurate, plant colours can vary in real life. If you require an exact colour match, we recommend waiting until the plant is in full flower before purchasing.

Please only buy what you need and what you are content to purchase – the costs of re-stocking unwanted items is no longer viable.

Your statutory rights are not affected. We offer a full refund or exchange if your non‑living product is found to be faulty within 28 days of purchase. Please note that your original receipt is required as proof of purchase. 

Plants Galore Garden Plant Supermarkets

We believe that our prices, value and superb quality make us the leading retailer in the garden industry. You are welcome to shop at other garden centres or retailers if you think that their plant guarantees are important to you but please be prepared to pay twice as much for your garden plants and you will need to keep your receipt for years and jump through hoops to get your money back.

On the other hand, why not buy your plants at half the normal price of a garden centre from Plants Galore, do your best, accept that sometimes plants die through no one’s fault and get on with the rest of your life at peace with the ups and downs of gardening.
